1. 取得する情報 / Information We Collect

当サービスは、お客様が自ら提供された情報、およびレッスンの提供過程で生じる情報のみを取得します。具体的には以下のとおりです。

We collect personal information only when you actively provide it to us, or when it is generated in the course of delivering our lessons. This includes:

• お問い合わせフォーム：お名前、メールアドレス、フォームに入力された内容
• Contact form: your name, email address, and any message you choose to send via our contact form
• 教材のご購入：Gumroadを通じたご購入の場合、決済と配信はGumroadが直接行います。当サービスが受け取るのは購入者のお名前とメールアドレスのみです。
• Purchase information: when you purchase digital materials through Gumroad, payment and delivery is handled directly by Gumroad — we receive only your name and email address as the buyer
• サブスクリプション：決済はPayPalが処理します。当サービスが受け取るのはお名前、メールアドレス、プラン種別、サブスクリプションIDです。カード情報を受け取ることも保管することもありません。
• Subscription information: when you subscribe to a service plan, payment is processed by PayPal — we receive your name, email address, plan type, and subscription ID. We never receive or store your card details.
• レッスンの記録：オンラインレッスンを受講される方について、レッスン内容を記録します（第4項参照）
• Lesson records: for learners taking online lessons, we transcribe lesson content (see section 4 below)
• メールでのやり取り：info@aubeconnect.jp へ直接ご連絡いただいた際にお知らせいただく情報
• Email correspondence: any information you share when contacting us directly at info@aubeconnect.jp

ウェブホスティングに標準的なもの以外に、Cookie・アクセス解析ツール・トラッキング技術による情報取得は行っていません。

We do not collect any information through cookies, analytics tools, or tracking technologies beyond what is standard to web hosting.

2. 情報の利用目的 / How We Use Your Information

お預かりした情報は、以下の目的にのみ利用します。

We use the information you provide only to:

• お問い合わせやメッセージへの返信
• respond to your enquiries and messages
• ご購入いただいた教材の配信、サービスプランのご案内
• deliver purchased digital materials or confirm access to service plans
• レッスンの日程調整・実施・フォローアップ
• schedule, deliver, and follow up on your lessons
• 学習内容を振り返れるようにするための学習記録の作成
• create learning records so you can review what was covered
• サービスに関するお知らせの送付（いつでも配信停止できます）
• send occasional service-related updates (you may opt out at any time)
• ご本人の同意がある場合に限り、受講料を負担している企業・団体への報告（第5項参照）
• where you have consented, report on your progress to an organization funding your lessons (see section 5)
• ウェブサイトおよびサービスの内容改善
• improve the content and experience of our website and services

広告配信・プロファイリング等、サービス提供に直接関係しない目的では利用しません。レッスンの記録や文字起こしをAIモデルの学習に使用することもありません。

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond direct service delivery. We do not use lesson recordings or transcripts to train AI models.

3. 第三者サービスの利用 / Third-Party Services

ウェブサイトおよびサービスの運営にあたり、以下の外部サービスを利用しています。各サービスにはそれぞれのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

We use the following third-party tools as part of operating our website and services. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:

• Formspree お問い合わせフォームの送信処理 / processes contact form submissions on our behalf
• Gumroad 教材の決済・配信 / handles purchases and delivery of digital materials
• PayPal サブスクリプションおよびレッスン料金の決済 / processes subscription and lesson payments
• Google Workspace レッスンにGoogle Meet、教材・ポートフォリオにGoogle Classroom、記録の保管にGoogle DriveおよびDocsを使用 / Google Meet for lessons, Google Classroom for materials and portfolios, Google Drive and Docs for storing lesson records
• 文字起こしサービス / Transcription service レッスンの記録作成のため文字起こしツールを使用しており、発話内容が当該ツールで処理されます。現在はNottaを使用しています。将来的に別のサービス（Google Meetの文字起こし機能等）に変更する可能性があり、その際は本ページを更新します。 / We currently use Notta. We may change to a different service (for example, the transcription feature built into Google Meet), and will update this page when we do.
• Google Fonts ウェブサイトの書体読み込み（Googleのサーバーへの接続が発生します） / loads our website typography — this involves a connection to Google's servers

個人情報の販売・貸与は行いません。上記のサービスおよび第5項の報告を除き、第三者への提供は行いません。

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Apart from the services listed above and the reporting described in section 5, we do not share your information with third parties.

4. レッスンの記録 / Lesson Records

オンラインレッスンを受講される方について、レッスン内容を文字起こしし、学習記録として整理します。学習内容を後から振り返っていただくためのものです。

For learners taking online lessons, we transcribe lesson content and turn it into a written learning record. This is done so that you have a record of what was covered and can review it later.

• 記録する内容：レッスン中の発話内容、およびチャットで共有されたテキスト
• What is captured: spoken content during the lesson, and any text shared in the lesson chat
• 処理の流れ：文字起こしツールが生成したテキストを、当サービスが学習記録としてドキュメントに整理します。記録の作成後、元の文字起こしデータは保持しません。
• How it is processed: the transcription tool produces raw text, which we edit into a learning record in a shared document. We do not retain the raw transcript once the record is prepared.
• 目的：受講者が振り返れる記録の提供、および適切なフォローアップ教材の準備
• Why: to give you a record you can review, and to help us prepare appropriate follow-up content
• 閲覧できる人：受講者ご本人と講師のみ。勤務先や受講料を負担している企業・団体に共有することは一切ありません（第5項参照）。
• Who can access it: only you and your instructor. Lesson records are never shared with your employer or any sponsoring organization — see section 5.
• 保管場所：受講者個別のGoogle ClassroomまたはGoogle Driveフォルダ
• Where it is stored: in your individual Google Classroom or Google Drive folder
• 保管期間：受講期間中および終了後6ヶ月まで。いつでも削除をご請求いただけます。
• How long we keep it: for the duration of your enrolment, and for up to six months afterwards. You may request deletion at any time.

記録を希望されない場合はお申し出ください。レッスンの内容・料金は変わりません。

If you would prefer that your lessons not be transcribed, please let us know — we will accommodate this without any change to your lesson content or fee.

5. 企業・団体への報告 / Reporting to Sponsoring Organizations

勤務先等の企業・団体が受講料を負担している場合、その企業・団体から受講状況について報告を求められることがあります。報告はご本人の同意がある場合に限り行います。同意はお申し込み時に別途確認します。同意されない場合でも、レッスンの内容・料金に影響はありません。

If your lessons are paid for by your employer or another organization, that organization may ask us for periodic reports on how things are going. We provide these reports only with your consent, which we ask for separately when you enrol. You are free to decline, and declining will not affect your lessons or your fee.

同意いただいた場合、報告する内容は以下に限られます。

Where you have consented, reports may cover:

• 受講状況（その月に合意した回数のレッスンを受けたか等）
• attendance — for example, whether the agreed number of lessons were taken in a given month
• 日本語能力の上達状況
• general progress in your Japanese ability
• 日常場面での日本語の使い方に見られる変化
• observed changes in how you handle everyday situations in Japanese

以下は一切報告しません。

Reports never include:

• レッスンの記録・文字起こし・学習記録
• lesson recordings, transcripts, or learning records
• レッスン中に話された内容そのもの
• the specific content of anything you said during a lesson
• メッセージサポートでのやり取り
• anything you share with us through message support
• お話しいただいた個人的なご事情
• personal circumstances you tell us about

報告内容は送付前にご確認いただけます。同意はいつでも撤回できます。

You may ask to see any report before it is sent, and you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

6. 保管期間 / Data Retention

個人情報は、上記の目的達成に必要な期間、または法令で定められた期間に限り保管します。

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or as required by applicable law.

• お問い合わせ内容：1年間
• Contact enquiries: up to one year
• レッスンの記録：受講期間中および終了後6ヶ月まで
• Lesson records: for the duration of your enrolment, plus up to six months
• 決済・サブスクリプション記録：日本の税法で定められた期間（現行7年）
• Payment and subscription records: as required by Japanese tax law (currently seven years)
• 企業・団体へ送付した報告：1年間
• Progress reports sent to sponsoring organizations: up to one year

7. お客様の権利 / Your Rights

お客様は、当サービスが保有する個人情報（レッスンの記録を含む）について、開示・訂正・削除をご請求いただけます。また、企業・団体への報告に関する同意はいつでも撤回できます。ご請求は下記の連絡先までお願いいたします。合理的な期間内にご対応いたします。

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you, including lesson records. You may also withdraw consent for progress reporting at any time. To make a request, please contact us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. 安全管理 / Security

個人情報を不正アクセスや漏えいから保護するため、合理的な措置を講じています。ただし、インターネット上の通信手段に完全に安全なものは存在せず、絶対的な安全性を保証することはできません。

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. 本ポリシーの変更 / Changes to This Policy

本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更した場合は、更新日とともに本ページに反映します。定期的にご確認いただけますと幸いです。

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
