1. 著作権について / Copyright

本教材の著作権は、Aube Connectが保有します。Canva Proにて作成されたデザインを含みますが、全体としての構成および教材内容は独自に制作されたものです。

Copyright in these materials belongs to Aube Connect. While some designs were created using Canva Pro, the overall structure and content are our original work.

購入者は、当教材を個人の学習目的、または指導目的に限り使用できます。著作権法その他関連法規に反する行為（複製・転載・無断配布・再販売等）は禁止されており、法的責任を負う場合があります。

Purchasers may use these materials only for personal study or for teaching. Acts that violate copyright law or other applicable regulations — including copying, reposting, unauthorised distribution, and resale — are prohibited and may result in legal liability.

2. 使用範囲 / Scope of Use

購入者本人および直接指導する学習者への利用に限り許可されます。商用利用・団体への一括配布等を希望される場合は別途ご相談ください。

Use is permitted for the purchaser and for learners they teach directly. For commercial use or bulk distribution within an organization, please contact us separately.

3. 禁止事項 / Prohibited Acts

以下の行為は禁止されます：

• 教材の複製、再配布、転売、譲渡
• Copying, redistributing, reselling, or transferring the materials
• コンテンツの一部または全部を改変し、別教材として公開・販売する行為
• Modifying any part of the content and publishing or selling it as separate material
• SNSやWebサイト等への無断転載、共有
• Reposting or sharing on social media or websites without permission
• 教材ページや配布システムへの不正アクセスや改ざん行為
• Unauthorised access to or tampering with our material pages or delivery systems
• その他、当サイトが不適切と判断する行為
• Any other act we determine to be inappropriate

4. 免責事項 / Disclaimer

教材の内容や効果については万全を期しておりますが、学習成果を保証するものではありません。

While we make every effort regarding the content and quality of our materials, we do not guarantee learning outcomes.

教材のご利用によって生じた損害について、当サイトの故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、当サイトは責任を負いません。当サイトに軽過失がある場合の賠償額は、お客様がお支払いいただいた当該教材の代金を上限とします。

Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the materials. Where we are slightly negligent, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the material in question.

5. 規約の変更 / Changes to These Terms

本規約は、法令の変更やサービス内容の変更に伴い、変更することがあります。変更する場合は、変更後の内容および効力発生時期を本ページに掲示してお知らせします。

These terms may change in response to changes in law or in our services. When we make changes, we will post the updated terms and their effective date on this page.

お客様に不利益となる重要な変更を行う場合は、効力発生日の相当期間前までに掲示します。

Where a significant change is disadvantageous to you, we will post it a reasonable period before the effective date.

本規約は、Aube Connect（以下「当サービス」）が提供するオンライン日本語レッスンについて定めるものです。受講の申し込みをもって、以下の内容にご同意いただいたものとみなします。

These terms apply to the online Japanese lessons provided by Aube Connect ("we"). By enrolling, you are deemed to have agreed to the following.

1. サービス内容 / Service

オンラインの日本語レッスン（Google Meet を使用）を提供します。回数・時間・料金は、受講者との合意により個別に定めます。

We provide online Japanese lessons via Google Meet. The number of sessions, duration, and fee are agreed individually with each learner.

2. 契約期間 / Contract Period

本レッスンの契約期間は1ヶ月単位とし、受講者からのお申し出がない限り、1ヶ月ごとに更新されます。長期契約や複数月分の一括契約は行いません。

The contract period is one month, renewed monthly unless the learner requests otherwise. We do not offer long-term or multi-month bundled contracts.

解約はいつでも可能で、違約金は一切かかりません。

You may cancel at any time. No penalty fees apply.

3. お支払い / Payment

料金は、毎月の初めに、その月の全回分をお支払いいただきます（前払い）。お支払い方法は PayPal または銀行振込とします。

The monthly fee is paid in advance at the beginning of each month, covering all sessions for that month. Payment is made via PayPal or bank transfer.

4. キャンセル・振替 / Cancellation & Rescheduling

レッスンの前日までにご連絡いただければ、振替が可能です。

If you contact us by the day before the lesson, the lesson can be rescheduled.

事前のご連絡がない場合（無断キャンセル）は、1回分を消化とさせていただきます。

If you do not contact us in advance (no-show), that session is counted as used.

5. 返金 / Refunds

サービスを途中で終了される場合、未消化のレッスン分を返金いたします。既に実施済みのレッスンおよび無断キャンセル分は返金の対象外とします。

If you end the service partway through, we refund the fee for any unused lessons. Lessons already taken and no-shows are not refundable.

6. 解約 / Ending the Service

受講を終了される場合は、当月末までにお申し出ください。翌月から停止となります。

If you wish to end lessons, please let us know by the end of the current month. Lessons will stop from the following month.

7. サポートの範囲 / Scope of Support

レッスン外のメッセージサポート（LINE等）は、日本語学習・日本語表現に関するご相談に限ります。以下は含みません。

Message support outside lessons (e.g. LINE) is limited to questions about Japanese learning and expression. The following are NOT included:

• 病院・役所・学校等への同行、および通訳
• Accompaniment or interpretation at hospitals, government offices, schools, etc.
• 行政手続きの代行
• Handling administrative procedures on your behalf
• 緊急時対応・生活トラブルの一次対応
• Emergency response or first-response to daily-life problems
• 地域情報の調査・提供
• Researching or providing local information

本サービスは、ご自身で伝えられるようになることを目的としています。

The purpose of this service is to help you become able to communicate on your own.

8. レッスンの記録 / Lesson Records

学習記録のため、レッスン内容を文字起こしツール等で記録し、ドキュメントに整理して受講者と共有・保管することがあります。記録は学習目的にのみ使用し、受講者と講師以外は閲覧しません。

For learning records, lesson content is transcribed using a transcription tool and organised into a document shared with the learner. Records are used only for learning purposes and are not viewed by anyone other than the learner and the instructor.

記録を希望されない場合はお申し出ください。レッスン内容・料金は変わりません。

If you prefer not to have your lessons recorded, please let us know. Your lesson content and fee will not change.

9. 企業・団体への報告 / Reporting to Sponsoring Organizations

勤務先等の企業・団体が受講料を負担している場合、受講状況や上達度について報告を求められることがあります。報告は受講者ご本人の同意がある場合に限り行います。同意されない場合でも、レッスン内容・料金に影響はありません。

Where an employer or other organization is paying for your lessons, they may request reports on your attendance and progress. We provide such reports only with your consent. Declining will not affect your lessons or fee.

報告する内容は、受講回数・日本語の上達状況・日常場面での変化などに限られます。レッスンの記録・文字起こし・発話内容そのもの、メッセージサポートでのやり取り、個人的なご事情は報告しません。

Reports are limited to attendance, general progress, and observed changes in everyday situations. We never report lesson records, transcripts, the content of what you said, message support exchanges, or your personal circumstances.

報告内容は送付前にご確認いただけます。同意はいつでも撤回できます。

You may review any report before it is sent, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.

10. 免責事項 / Disclaimer

レッスンの内容・効果には万全を期しますが、学習成果を保証するものではありません。通信環境等、受講者側の事情による不具合については責任を負いかねます。

While we make every effort regarding lesson content and quality, we do not guarantee learning outcomes. We are not responsible for issues arising from the learner's side, such as internet connection problems.

当サービスの提供に関して受講者に損害が生じた場合、当サービスの故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。軽過失がある場合の賠償額は、受講者がお支払いいただいた直近1ヶ月分の料金を上限とします。

Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from the provision of this service. In cases of slight negligence, our liability is limited to the amount of the most recent month's fee paid by the learner.

11. 規約の変更 / Changes to These Terms

本規約は必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更する場合は、変更後の内容および効力発生時期を本ページに掲示するとともに、受講者にメールでご案内します。

These terms may be updated as needed. When we make changes, we will post the updated terms and their effective date on this page and notify learners by email.
